Located in the Crooked Tree Wildlife Sanctuary just 33 miles from Belize City, on the lagoon front, north of the center of the Village,
Sanz Bed & Breakfast is all about your comfort and relaxation. We offer fully furnished, air-conditioned Cabanas, complete with Kitchenette and private verandah, that have everything you need to relax and unwind.
After a comfortable nights sleep, you’ll wake up to the sounds of nature (birds and Howler Monkeys.) Then, after breakfast, you can relax on our white sandy beach, or on the pier. Or, for an enjoyable day take a stroll through Crooked Tree Village, home of the cashew, and experience the sights, sounds and smells of Belizean culture. Sanz can also make arrangements for horse back riding, fishing, canoe rental, bird watching and other tours outside the Village.

About the Wildlife
Belize is home to a unbeliveable variety of wildlife, living in it’s vast rainforests, coral reefs, and coastal areas.
Depend on where you venture, you’re apt to see jaguars, howler monkeys, and tapirs, particularly in the Cockscomb Basin Wildlife Sanctuary.
There are over species of birds that inhabit inhabit Belize, including
Egrets, Jabiru Storks, and the Scarlet Macaw making it a popular destination for Birdwatchers.
And we can’t forget the numerous reptiles, including iguanas and crocodiles, as well as vast species of frogs.
